The purpose of this site is for entertainment only. Natural Pond Lover is based on the personal opinions and preferences of the owner of the site concerning, but not limited to, the relation to pond construction and pond maintenance. Natural Pond Lover accepts no liability for the construction and/or maintenance of any pond, or body of water the visitor of this website may build/create/construct, or paying a professional pond contractor to do so. Before doing any type of labor, lifting, hauling, digging, etc, you must check with your primary care physician to make certain that you are physically fit to do so.
In certain situations, hiring a professional pond contractor/electrician/plumber is necessary. This includes working with electricity and plumbing. Serious injury or death may occur when working with electricity. Serious damage to property may occur when plumbing is not properly installed. Natural Pond Lover recommends a professional be brought in for these situations. Natural Pond Lover does not use electricity for any of the ponds that were created. You should also hire a professional if your health is poor or are physically unable to do the work.
WARNING: Injury may occur during physical labor, working with tools, or the operation of machinery/heavy machinery during any type of pond construction, maintenance, or repair. If using machinery/heavy machinery, make sure it is legal in your state/town/city/county/province/country, etc, and/or, if a professional license is required to do so. IMPORTANT: Before any digging/excavation is attempted, contact your local electric company to mark where wires and power-lines are located on your property. Check with county officials to mark where plumbing and sewer lines are located. If you hire a professional pond contractor/builder, you are doing so at your own risk. Be sure that you do background research on any potential contractors before hiring them. Before the construction of any pond, or any other body of water, or, adding any plants, or animals, be sure to check with your local/state/federal/county laws to make sure it is legal to do so. Invasive species should not be introduced to the wild outside of their natural range.
WARNING: Children must not be left unattended around any pond, lake, river, stream, etc. that may exist on your property or abroad. Drowning may occur if a human being falls into any body of water including, but not limited to, ponds. Please act responsibly.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Natural Pond Lover. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
